The International Pichia 2026 Conference provides official Invitation Letters exclusively for registered participants who require documentation to support their visa application for entry into Spain.
Please read the following conditions carefully before submitting a request.
Requirements to Request an Invitation Letter
To avoid misuse of official documents and to ensure a secure and transparent process, Invitation Letters will only be issued when all the following conditions are met:
1. Completed Registration
The applicant must have completed the official conference registration and paid the full registration fee.
No provisional letters or pre-payment letters will be issued.
2. Valid Passport
The applicant must provide a clear scan of their passport, including:
* Passport number
* Full name
* Expiry date (the passport must remain valid throughout the travel period and during the conference dates)
* Country of issue
3. Personal Contact Details
The applicant must provide:
* Full postal address
* Telephone number
* Email address
* Country of residence
4. Purpose of Travel
The Invitation Letter is issued solely to support participation in the International Pichia 2026 Conference.
It does not imply any sponsorship, financial commitment, or guarantee of visa approval.
Important Notes and Limitations
The Invitation Letter:
* does not cover or imply any responsibility for travel, accommodation, meals, insurance or any personal expenses;
* does not cover visa fees, administrative charges or consular decisions;
* does not guarantee the issuance of a visa by the Embassy or Consulate;
* becomes automatically void if the participant cancels their registration or if the registration is revoked for any reason.
All visa-related arrangements, costs and decisions are the sole responsibility of the applicant.
We strongly recommend applying for a visa early, as processing times may vary depending on the country and local consular authorities.
