Registration fees include:
Access to scientific sessions and the commercial exhibition, networking activities, welcome cocktail (Tuesday), coffee breaks (Wednesday to Friday), lunch (Wednesday and Thursday), dinners (Wednesday and Thursday), and attendance certificate and badge.
Registration fees do not include:
VISA or related administrative procedures for its issuance.
Travel and/or hotel accommodations.
Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations will be valid only if notified in writing to the technical secretariat via email: info@pichia2026.com
- For cancellations received before January 27th 2026, a fee of €25 will apply.
- For cancellations received up to February 27th 2026, a penalty of 50% of the total paid will apply.
- For cancellations received after February 27th 2026, no cancellations will be accepted and no registration fees will be refunded.
- Name changes can be processed by paying a €25 + VAT administration fee.
The registrant will have no right to claim compensation from the Organizing Committee if the Congress must be canceled or postponed due to unexpected circumstances or force majeure. Likewise, no compensation will be claimed if the program undergoes changes due to the non-attendance of any invited speakers.
